Early Literacy Station

In addition to regular computers set aside for children, Airdrie Public Library is pleased to offer an Early Literacy Station. This self-contained computer supports early literacy and encourages independent learning. Children can practise literacy and numeracy skills with more than 50 educational software programs covering seven curricular areas. 

The station is designed for children aged two to 10 and is available in both English and French. The station is not connected to the Internet and users must be signed in by a staff member. Ask to try it out at the Information Desk!
