Board Gay-mers

In Partnership with Airdrie Pride Society

Airdrie Pride Society (APS) presents Board Gaymers, the Dungeons & Dragons edition. Bring your strongest warrior and join APS on a monthly one shot, tabletop RPG adventure into the lands of Faerûn. No experience is necessary! This is an all-ages event and allies are welcome. 

Players will be split into two parties (Party A and Party B), meeting on different dates each month. Starting April 2024, Party A will meet on the first Saturday of every month and Party B will meet on the third Saturday.

I haven't played Dungeons & Dragons before. Can I still join? 

Yes! The more adventurers, the merrier. APS is happy to walk new players through the basics before the session. Please reach out to them through the information on their website or social media: https://airdriepride.ca/about/. You are also encouraged to join the Board Gaymers Discord server upon request.

When does my party meet?

Party A meets on the first Saturday of every month and Party B meets on the third Saturday of every month. The time for both parties is 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Should my character be created before the session?

Yes. Resources and assistance on character creation will be provided in the Board Gaymers Discord server (or APS can be contacted directly), but the official DnD Beyond has a great character creation tool to help you get started (please note: an account is required to use it). If you're not able to make a character prior to the session, APS will have premade characters available to use during the session.
